Böff Steakhouse is modern and stylish restaurant with touch of rustic elements and homy cooking methods. We aim to be a best steakhouse in Vilnius and to become leading caterer in Lithuania.

One day, Mindaugas Stasiulionis (restaurant service manager) and myself Mher Gevorkjan (Chef de cuisine) met while working in Celebrity cruises. Back then 9 years ago, we were talking about opening a restaurant in Vilnius. Several years back we started to look for opportunities, but time was flying and nothing was happening in the field. However we were eager to start our own business. We could open any concept restaurant here in Vilnius, but after short marketing research we understood that there is missing true STEAKHOUSE in Vilnius with main Beef chart present on the menu. We decided to open a Steakhouse, and name Boff is symbolizing Beef, meat which is king in the steakhouses, i.e. good Rib eye, New York strip, Fillet, Porterhouse etc. Besides great steaks we also have great chops on the menu like: Veal chop, Lamb chop, Pork chop.
