In 2010 I, Mher Gevorkjan, while discovering new horizons and climbing up the carrier stairs in various International Hospitality Establishments, was looking to become entrepreneur. I choose Vilnius, because I worked here back in 2005 as executive chef of biggest hotel Lietuva and found Lithuania great field for new culinary opportunities. I decided to open a real steakhouse and bring right beef eating culture to Vilnius. So in September 2012 Böff opened its doors. I collected best beef cuts and accompanied them with great seafood starters and mouthwatering deserts in one menu. My culinary vision is hidden in very simple setting of Great Ingredients, Great Seasoning, Great Technique and Great Chef crafted food. Every day, except Sundays, 15 team members are setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience.
