In 2010 our Chef-owner Mher Gevorkjan, while discovering new horizons and climbing up the carrier stairs in various International Hospitality Establishments, was looking to become a Restaurateur.
He chooses Vilnius because he worked there back in 2005 as executive chef of Reval Hotel Lietuva and found Lithuania an excellent field for new culinary opportunities. He decides to open a real Steakhouse with the Partner and to bring the right beef-eating culture to Vilnius.
So in September 2012, Böff opens its doors. Chef collected the best beef cuts and accompanied them with great seafood starters and mouthwatering desserts in one menu. His culinary vision is a straightforward set of Great Ingredients, Great Seasoning, Great Technique, and Great Chef crafted food. Every day, except Sundays, 12 team members are setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience.
